Here at Hampton Childcare Agency our founder has a wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience within the whole agency/recruitment process. We will endeavour to find you a friendly and happy household, that we feel comfortable in sending you to.

We empathise with how important it is to feel the connection, not only with the children but also with the parent(s). The relationship between you both will fundamentally affect your working life day-to-day - so it is imperative to ensure the right foundations are there to begin with. If you are happy, undoubtedly the children will be too! 

Once we have met you, and had an informal interview (don't be nervous about this, we just want to get to know you a little better), we have seen the necessary documents and verbally checked your references - we are good to go!

We will create a profile for you and once you have found a position you would like to apply for, it will be sent to the family, along with your CV. If the family wish to interview you, we will make all the arrangements and send you as much detail (e.g. location, map etc.) thereafter as we can. If you need help regarding interview techniques we are here to talk this through also.

Let us take care of any further negotiations or questions you would like us to put forward. If the client makes a job offer this will be put in writing. At this point, you can enjoy a well-deserved celebration! If there is anything you are not sure about, and you need a listening ear, we are just a phone call away.
